Deege, bronze, series/3, height 22 cm When Marcus was commissioned to make a sculpture of the mother horse and the model posed for him in the paddock, her foal came with her. I was enchanted by its youthful spirit, characteristic snub nose and prancing gait, and I made this bronze sculpture of the foal.
